BRIDGE Housing Corporation and AvalonBay Communities, are leading this project alongside many other incredibly qualified team members including Mission Housing Development Corporation and Habitat for Humanity. Our team’s commitment to community-driven development, combined with our deep understanding of creating great new San Francisco homes and communities (at all income levels), gives us the creativity and flexibility needed to bring the Balboa Reservoir site to life.
Our design team has similar deep local experience and understanding, along with a commitment to a community-driven approach and a philosophy of “designing with their ears.” Van Meter Williams Pollack and PYATOK Architects are leading the master planning efforts for the Reservoir, while GLS Landscape | Architects is leading the master open space design.
